
Rub Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken Thighs
Newmans Teriyaki Sauce
Rub:
Paprika 2 tbsp
Pepper 2 tbsp
Garlic Powder 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Parsley 2 tbsp
Olive Oil (Drizzle for grilling)
Ok here is a quick Teriyaki BBQ chicken. There is nothing wrong in buying ready made teriyaki sauce, just buy the right one. My favorite is Newman's Own Teriyaki sauce; it's very rich and has the perfect thickness. In my opinion, always start with a rub and finish with a sauce. The rub creates that nice crust which soaks up the sauce.

Directions:
Rub one side of the Teriyaki chicken and drizzle olive oil over the top. Place on the grill rub side down. Once that side has a nice crust, flip and apply the teriyaki sauce. Boneless chicken thighs cook fairly quick internal temp should be in the 170's. Serve with grilled potato's, carrots and fresh chopped parsley.
